How the platform works

The loyalty program is structured into three functional blocks that work together for a complete experience — both for the marketing team and the end customer.

List Settings — Basic lists

You define three fundamental lists — Orders, Newsletter, and Reviews — from which the platform extracts data to calculate loyalty scores.

Loyalty Scores — Calculating scores

The central engine automatically calculates an individual score for each user. The score is dynamically updated with each eligible action.

Visualize customer distribution across point ranges and create dynamic segments that can be used directly in email marketing campaigns.

Calculation rules

6 configurable calculation methods

Rules can be combined and each can have its own expiration date — maximum flexibility tailored to your needs.

Rule R1

Fixed points per order

A fixed number for each order placed. Optionally, you can limit the frequency: maximum one accumulation per day or week.

Rule R2

Points per value tranche

Points are awarded proportionally to the amount spent. Ex: 5 points for every 50 RON spent.

Rule R3

Percentage of order value

The customer earns points equal to a percentage of the total. Ideal for seasonal promotions with a defined interval.

Rule R4

Fixed points per product

A fixed number per individual product in the order, regardless of price. Encourage adding multiple items to the cart.

Rule R5

Per installment of the product price

Points are calculated in fixed increments of the product price. Ex: 3 points for every 20 RON. Delivery is excluded.

Rule R6

Percentage of product price

Points represent a percentage of the price of each product. Additional costs are excluded from the calculation.

Grant conditions

Complete control over margins

Beyond the calculation rules, you define global conditions that control when and how points are awarded — no points awarded uncontrolled.

Minimum transaction value

Minimum basket threshold below which no points are awarded. Ex: orders under 50 RON do not generate points.

Exclude discounted products

Products already discounted do not count towards points. Protect your margin on promotional products.

Exclusion of voucher transactions

Orders with a voucher code do not accumulate points. Please note that combining multiple discount mechanisms is prohibited.

Exclusion of delivery cost

Shipping costs are not taken into account. Points are awarded strictly on the value of the products.

VAT exclusion

Points are awarded on the net value of the purchase, not on the value including tax.

Bonus for exceeding the minimum basket

Additional percentage bonus for large orders. Ex: +15% for orders over 300 RON.

Points usage delay

Points become available after N days defined by you — aligned with the return period.
