You define three fundamental lists — Orders, Newsletter, and Reviews — from which the platform extracts data to calculate loyalty scores.
The central engine automatically calculates an individual score for each user. The score is dynamically updated with each eligible action.

A fixed number for each order placed. Optionally, you can limit the frequency: maximum one accumulation per day or week.
Points are awarded proportionally to the amount spent. Ex: 5 points for every 50 RON spent.
The customer earns points equal to a percentage of the total. Ideal for seasonal promotions with a defined interval.
A fixed number per individual product in the order, regardless of price. Encourage adding multiple items to the cart.
Points are calculated in fixed increments of the product price. Ex: 3 points for every 20 RON. Delivery is excluded.
Points represent a percentage of the price of each product. Additional costs are excluded from the calculation.
Beyond the calculation rules, you define global conditions that control when and how points are awarded — no points awarded uncontrolled.
Minimum basket threshold below which no points are awarded. Ex: orders under 50 RON do not generate points.
Products already discounted do not count towards points. Protect your margin on promotional products.
Orders with a voucher code do not accumulate points. Please note that combining multiple discount mechanisms is prohibited.
Shipping costs are not taken into account. Points are awarded strictly on the value of the products.
Points are awarded on the net value of the purchase, not on the value including tax.
Additional percentage bonus for large orders. Ex: +15% for orders over 300 RON.
Points become available after N days defined by you — aligned with the return period.
