Year 7 - 100
As I said, the crisis continues, but in 2010 we can be proud of approximately 100 clients in our portfolio. However, it is the year in which very few new clients appeared, and many of them no longer exist today.
The cost optimization trend remains unchanged from the point of view of large companies and thus the pressure arises because everyone tries to negotiate and renegotiate contracts.
We are fighting to continue to offer the market the best services and to always bring news. In 2010, SMS is a new channel that integrates White Image services and which would soon explode. Also, more and more requests for communication customizations appear, and this challenges us in the best possible way to bring new functionalities to our own application. At the same time, we start to automate all business processes, and one of the most important insurers in the market decides to switch all communications sent by post to email with us.
We are preparing to break new personal records and overcome new barriers. But I wrote about all these details in the article dedicated to 2011.
