Four years after we opened our doors, White Image became the first company in Eastern Europe certified for best practices in email marketing. What did this mean? First of all, that we are doing what we started well, that we have a very good foundation on which to build. In addition, besides the fact that it represented an important morale boost for us, it was a big white ball in the eyes of all our clients. The certification also helped us in negotiations with ISPs to ensure that the emails we sent reach the Inbox.
Things are getting better and better and we are launching the first tool that provides advertisers with unbiased insertion and measurement of ads in newsletters sent by publishers. It all starts from the request of one of our publisher clients who wanted to share client results in a transparent way at a time when trust in them was low due to the fact that they were sent in excel files, without users having access to monitoring platforms.
It was a major moment in the industry at a time when there was a lot of talk about "rigged" campaign results. With this tool, there were finally undeniable results and it could be proven that online works.
Four years of activity had already passed and we were sure that we could educate the market. The focus was on automated marketing, which we talked about in the article dedicated to 2007.
