We started the strategic module with a very interactive course, practical and surprising in a good way: The Strategic Approach of Projects.
In the day to day grind, we learned how to set our priorities straight in order to know where we’re starting from. From a solid foundation (base). Like a sturdy house, a project has to have good groundwork. It has to be thought out, planned and documented in order for it to last.
Patiently, Gabi taught us how to handle the necessary tools for a good construction
and helped us become a true team of competent builders! We started out with the
final construction - the results we want to achieve through this project. We
continued with the base - how do we plan the project - and the process of building
it - the
step by step of implementing it.
We learned how to handle strategy, planning and the steps necessary for its implementation.
Adapting our construction - the project - in the entire residential neighborhood
- the company - requires an overall view, patience, good planning and an even
greater capacity to follow/ asses.
In short, we know how to approach any project, from the most complex to the simplest of ones, from a strategic point of view!
