At the beginning of august, alongside the scorching sun, we got together again in order to learn how to prepare ourselves when we're about to talk in public… in the Public Speaking course!
The instruments and the tricks that come along with them, we're presented by Cosmin Alexandru, Associate Consultant Director for Brandivia, one of the best public speakers in Romania.
After his presentation and examples, we started a videotaped public speaking exercise, without any trace of emotions.
We laughed after we watched ourselves on tape, but we also learned how to improve our speaking abilities having our own performances as examples.
The theoretical part was exceptional and the way in which it intertwined with the practical aspects made us want to have more opportunities in which we could speak in public.
After the time spent together, we can't wait to greet the new Nextep group, with which to organize more and more similar activities.
As long as we'll have the opportunity to be in the spotlight, we'll always be able to say that the basics of Public Speaking as well as the confidence in ourselves we're discovered during Nextep.
