| A new Nextep group! |

Summer time! Holidays and a lot of rest for the first group of Nextep. Starting with august it will be business as usual plus we'll be getting ready to welcome the second group of Nextep participants.
This fall, we're looking for participants that seek practical solutions to the different challenges managers are facing today, to join our group. If you have management responsibilities, you're in the right place. Nextep is also suitable for those who have been recently promoted and as a result are feeling a little bit nervous and have high expectations!
Nextep helps in creating sustainable leadership abilities through talented managers equipped with practical abilities. Even more, Nextep is a personal experience for every participant, a community that favors learning and the exchange of ideas. Quality interactions and the special attention given by the trainers as well as the Nextep alumni, bring the value we search for and recommend in any learning process.
