At the end of May, we got together to find out more about human resource management and we discovered… a world of HR secrets hidden behind the curtain!
Together with an experienced HR "magician", Dana Untescu, we found out how you can prepare the "secret potions" through which HR can become a strategic pillar in the organization!
Dana created an open stage environment where we learned how to efficiently listen, understand and empathize with people through coaching and counseling. In the end we learned how to give and receive constructive feedback, and therefore we were able to understand what goes on in assessment centers and beyond the high hat of HR departments.
Every information we got was backed up by examples and Dana's experience. A perfect mix between theory and practice with enough time for questions and different points of view.
After talks and exercises, we discovered that in the day to day running of business it helps to know the specific responsibilities of the HR department and how much energy is behind the process of preparing potions for the organization and especially for its employees!
The second module of the functional level made us very excited about what was coming next!
