| A personal experience in a multi modular program |

For this edition we wanted to show you a different kind of "Succesful Example", and we talked to one of the participants in Nextep - Human Invest’s multimodular management development program. This is what Vlad Craioveanu, New Business Director at Kick Off Events told us about his experience:
"I get an email at least once a week... The title is more than suggestive... Nextep! I admit that it’s one of the few emails that "worry me" when I receive it, I open it, I take a quick look, because I have to answer other emails and also make a couple of phone calls. However I do mark it as "Follow Up" because after eight o’clock I plan on reading it thoroughly.
I don’t like to talk about myself, because a lot of times I get the impression that I’m not the one that should be talking. But Nextep has two important aspects that I am very delighted to talk about: a sensational team and the information you receive during the courses.
Let’s start from the beginning: a few months ago, I got an invitation for a course presentation. It took place in a nice bar near Piata Victoriei (I won’t give the name of the bar because I don’t want to advertise for free) and it was very delightful. It was the first time I saw that somebody really thought about the way trainings apply in the business environment. I can honestly say that it was the only presentation that managed to diminish my mistrust regarding the training market due to the fact that it answered a personal question that I had - why must I learn how to behave on a personal level when what I need is to learn how to think like a manager?
I was at a point in my career when I was looking for the ideal solution to help develop the team and the company I work for (I still haven’t found it and I realized I never will).
As a manager I need practical things, solutions and alternatives that others have already tested and implemented. Maybe some have worked, maybe not but at least I can find out about them. This is where you’re probably wondering "Why don’t you read some books?" Well, surprise, I read some of them, others, I haven’t had time to read...
But the difference between a book and Nextep is pretty huge: 12 young managers from different areas, all with a certain level of business experience that come together once a month and, in a constructive way, talk about the problems they’re facing in business.
As I was telling the guys at Human Invest, I like the fact that I’m part of a special group, because we successfully manage to provoke each other in finding answers to our questions. The biggest advantage of this program is a better understanding of what management means and also the challenge of finding the best solution for adapting to the work environment.
I’m sure that even when the program is offer you will continue to launch new challenges."
