Just one more day before the curtain falls! The backstage is in a rush! Nextep, the management development program launched in October, will start the first class on February 8th!
A group full of energy, young managers recognized by their organizations as valuable employees, is getting ready to start their half year journey in the world of innovative perspectives on management and leadership! A team of ten trainers is preparing their last details to open new perspectives and to challenge the way that each participant has an impact in his/her organization! Three other colleagues are just finishing the participants’ workbooks, and are preparing the materials, books and surprises!
Because a journey like Nextep is valuable not only for those part of it, but also for those close to it, I want to proposed you a monthly episode of what happens backstage… About the young managers’ vision on an organization well led, about the concerns and aspirations of a group of valuable employees, about what is valuable and what is not in the organization we live in.
